1. Schedule of Lessons
   + Each class should submit a 3 month schedule to Bassem. 
   + Schedule should list primary and backup person for each lesson
   + Contact Bassem:

        Email : bgobran@yahoo.com
        Call to arrange alternative methods (fax,etc)

2. Submitting Lessons
   + Lessons should be submitted by Wednesday night by both primary
     and backup person
   + If you are going to be later than Wednesday, please email Bassem
     as a courtesy and tell him when he should expect the lesson.
  
3. Visitations
   + Please start building relationships and friendships 
   + Be the initiator 
   + Don't wait for a problem.
   + Call the Kids
   + Email visitiation schedule (week-to-week) to Bassem

4. Retrests
   + Please reserve a spot online for a weekend retreat.
